Small crew, direct management, meal on shift

Line Cook — Full-time
KitchenGrill experience required. Fri/Sat nights mandatory for first six months. Starts $16/hr + shift meal + limited after-shift drinks (one, we're not running a frat). Hot line on busy nights — need someone who doesn't panic.
Server / Bartender — Part-time
Front of houseMust be 21+ for bar shifts. TIPS certification preferred — we'll help you get it if you're solid otherwise. Fri/Sat availability required. Experience in casual dining helps; fine dining attitude doesn't.
Dishwasher — Part-time
KitchenEvening shifts only. $14/hr. Showing up reliably matters more than experience. Fast promotion to prep if you're interested.
Prep Cook — Part-time
KitchenMorning/midday shifts. Knife skills, basic prep, fryer experience a plus. $15/hr. Good foot in the door if you want to move to line.
Honest expectations
Employee meal on shift. No health insurance through us — we'll tell you that upfront. PTO accrual after a year for full-time only. Good place to learn the business if you work hard and don't complain about the music during service.
